"I can’t say enough great things about working with Erich! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Thanks to his expert guidance and spot on advice, I ended up getting $55,000 over asking price for my home! His communication was impeccable, and he made the entire process smooth and stress free. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won’t find a better realtor!"

"Erich went above and beyond in selling my mother’s home. From the start, he guided us through every detail—arranging inspections, addressing occupancy and septic needs, coordinating staging and cleaning—and made sure the house was fully ready for the market. Erich worked respectfully and thoughtfully with all family members, keeping us informed and supported throughout the process. Erich’s professionalism, patience, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and successful. We are deeply grateful for his expertise and care."

"We were fortunate to live in the same neighborhood with this very successful real estate professional. So he was VERY familiar with the home we were selling. From the earliest stages of the selling process Erich exuded and projected his confidence and market knowledge in clear & straightforward terms. At each step of our sale, Erich was either at our kitchen table - offering encouraging coaching - or, a phone call away; I was never put on hold, and rarely needed to leave a message. And all of this process occurred during the very busy Spring selling season. Erich spent many evening visits, phone calls, and countless emails developing us to an advantageous position to where our home was in the best possible condition - resulting in a sale price beyond our wildest dreams!"

"I had an amazing experience with Erich. From beginning to end, he was helpful, attentive and professional. He answered all of my questions and provided advice throughout the selling process. I highly recommend Erich to anyone looking to sell your house. He made the whole process seamless."

"Our family has used Erich for several house purchases and he is wonderful to work with. He is patient and understands the process, which makes it easy for us to navigate the purchase. His knowledge of the market is outstanding and we highly recommend Erich."

"Erich did an outstanding job throughout my entire home buying process. As a first time home buyer in a market as unsteady as this one, his knowledge, guidance, and confidence was truly unmatched. He made me feel comfortable navigating every decision, he answered every question I had, and he gave me great contacts for mortgage and insurance. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was communicated clearly and quickly, and he always had my best interest in mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through my first home buying experience. I will absolutely be recommending Erich to family and friends!"
